Why does walmart not give associates credit for all the years they have worked for the company even if we have quit and return to different locations??? All time served at this company should be credited to those of us that have done many years. The little raise of what .30 damn cents after the bs we have gone thru with this awful management! Its pathetic! Our raises should be by our productivity and experience in all areas in the store. Give us the credit in years we deserve! Its not our fault your management quality has fallin to the bottom of the barrel and we leave the company because of them.
They would argue that this is just "business" but it is not. It's extremely disrespectful to thousands of people.
Not just in Walmart, every company should have a salary multiplier for the amount of years you have been loyal to them. Also, the world might not be ready for this but people should totally be paid for their productivity and responsibility and not just the amount of hours they spend at work.
