I made a mess for myself and I hope somebody can help me get out of it. When I accepted this job three months ago, I forgot to say I had an obligation I couldn't miss one day in May. That's this Friday and I'm scheduled to work. How do I get out of work without incurring any points or seeming unserious about my job, which I can't afford to lose? Should I use my PPTO? Can I use it this early in my employment? Please help a desperate guy out.
