I'm not sure about other clubs, but I'm getting tired of doing all the work as a TL while they do absolutely nothing. Pick any time of the day and you won't be able to find a single one of them where they're supposed to be. I've been dealing with this for a full year and I'm about to throw in the towel. If I got rewarded for my work, that would be one thing. But doing their jobs in addition to my own and getting paid the same gets old really quickly.
I've been working at Walmart for two years and I've hated every minute of it. I recently applied for a position at Sam's Club and I have my interview next week. I'd just like to know, since it's basically the same company, are employees treated any better at Sam's? I don't want to change jobs and find myself in the same situation I'm in here. I'd rather wait for an opportunity somewhere else and stick with the devil I know until it pops up.
