I'm wondering, I'm no longer at Walmart but it'd be nice to know if the company is still getting rid of people like they did last year for supposedly being bad performers when they just wanted an excuse to cut a bunch of us after raising pay without paying us severance? (And yes, I was one of those who were cut in that way and I'm still pi^^^d about it.)
I know many of you think it's impossible, but it's not. I've worked at a Dollar Tree. I still have nightmares from it. Be grateful for the customers we have here, is all that I can say.

All the managers I tried to talk to in hopes of getting a good and clear answer on how to use my PPTO properly were completely useless. I thought they should know cr^p like that but I was very much wrong. I don't want to sc^^w up with this, so any help would be appreciated.
How much money do we lose all the time because of it?

Is there any point in having a job description at Walmart? I keep getting assigned to other sections and doing things that I am not supposed to be doing (and which I had to learn on the fly). Why ... [open entire post]
How strict is Walmart about clocking in early? I'm talking just a few minutes each day, nothing monumental. Is that considered an issue? Should I just wait it out or clock out a few minutes earlier?
