I joined Walmart at the beginning of this year and there wasn’t a day in my Walmart life that I wasn’t overworking. There is absolutely zero organization and plan for how to make this place work. I asked a couple of my other friends who work at other Walmart stores, and what they told me was pretty much the same. What does a TL get paid for if they don’t do their job properly? If I’m the one who is not doing his job properly, they wouldn’t blink to fire my a^s. So I don’t want any hypocrisy. Fire any manager that doesn’t do their job for all of our sakes.
They’re just there to make you feel like you’re under the control of some people. They don’t need to make your life better. You just need to feel like you’re not working in a sh^tshow and there is actually a hierarchy. That’s all.
fu^k the hierarchy to be honest.
Yes indeed 😂😂
