I have no idea what to put as a title for this post but I have a weird story about a weird associate. There is this backroom associate and apparently he starts his shift earlier than anyone in the store, and according to him, he is the hardest working person in the store. I don't have any problem with him thinking that. What I have problem with is the fact that he uses the break room as his bedroom and every single day he tries to sleep there. Especially on the lunch time and he gives he^l to anyone who is trying to speak or watch something. I don't know what the he^l is wrong with him but everyone in the store is fed up with him. I will never understand his behavior.
I can't even lie I'm kinda scared because he's a big guy.
I don't think he's gonna attack you because you didn't let him sleep in a public space that can be used by anyone.
Is he a baby or something? Adults should be able to go all day without a sleeping break.
Maybe he has a condition
If he has that type of condition he shouldn't be working in a job that would require him to get sleep during the day, period.
I lowkey agree with him on getting mad at people who watch stuff in the break room
Why?
I don't need to watch a netflix show with you or listen to the type of music that's not for me.
What if someone loves watching or listening to some stuff in their free time?
Have you ever heard of the invention of a headphone?
You should apologize to him for not letting him use the break room as a 5 star hotel
I HATE spoiled people like this from the bottom of my heart
I don't know how you don't have a problem with him saying he is the hardest working person in the store. He clearly acts like he's the only one in the store who needs a proper rest. Bro, we all need a rest but we are grown people, also we don't have time for it. Mr. Hardworker has so much time on his hands he can use the break room for a sleeping session. I wouldn't take this amount of disrespect from anyone but hey, that's just me.
I mean anybody can think that they are the hardest working person in the store because in the end, confidence is key. But nobody should expect a different treatment than the rest of the guys because everybody in the store probably thinks that they are the hardest working one. It would be a total mess if everyone expecting a 5 star hotel treatment.
Bro thinks he owns the place or sumn
There is no way he is serious
He seems very serious
There are these types of weird a^s people everywhere in Walmart. I think you weren't around enough to know that this is just another day at Walmart.
What is the reaction of the other associates to this guy?
There are different opinions and reactions. Some people try to be silent because they don't want to be rude. Some people stopped using the break room because they didn't want to deal with this guy and his attitude, and some people just didn't care. They just act like he doesn't exist.
I think the reaction from other associates shouldn't be divided. This guy is a bully, and the bully gets more encouragement from the weakness that's shown against him. Nobody should bend to this guy's 'needs' even if the intention is to show kindness. He doesn't deserve kindness because he is being very disrespectful to other associates who work as hard as him.
I mean it's no big deal after all. If you don't want to deal with this guys drama you just don't come to the break room. There are other places that you can use your free time at Walmart.
Other places? Like where?
I don't know, your car maybe?
So I have to eat my lunch in my car in a freezing cold just because some spoiled a^s mo^^^^^^^^^r wants to sleep in the middle of the day? fu^k that.
The best reaction is to just ignore him. He can talk all day if he wants to. If nothing changes and he sees it, he will stop.
