i work in delivery at walmart. I worked hard at every job that i had so far, because that’s just who i am as a person. but walmart is kinda different. you can’t win here. if you are productive, you get punished by getting more work and they do not pay you enough for what you do and they somehow still find new ways to complain about you. some people notice this and they don’t work hard on purpose. as a result, they receive all the criticism from management about their performance. pick your poison i guess?
With the way they treat their employees, I wouldn’t be surprised if C-level managers are soon forced to work front-end.
