I’ve been working at OGP since 2021. I feel like it’s time for me to aim for higher positions. I have the ambition, and I believe I have the skill set for what’s next. Even if I don’t, I will learn it. I want to become a manager because I believe I can become a great leader. It doesn’t have to be in the OGP department, I’m open to any management position. Do you guys have any advice for me?

Since you've worked in OGP, I'm guessing you're pretty good with technology too. Also, customer service experience. You probably have a lot of hands-on experience with different kinds of technology and can navigate various systems and tools without much trouble. So I think that you should continue with OGP.
