What did you expect?
People keep leaving walmart because they feel undervalued. They don’t think management cares about them and they believe they are working in terrible conditions and hours. The funny thing is, managers act surprised whenever a “hardworking” walmart associate leaves the company. I mean what did you expect? Did you expect a thank you for the way that you treat us? The delusion is unreal.
deli team lead at store 2966 is running her employee's off done had 2 quit in the last month and at least 2 more soon me as a sponsors has stepped down and looking to leave because of the way she treats us
