They’re not respecting our agreement

When I was starting to work at Walmart I had an agreement with them that I can only do a specific number of hours per week because I’m working on a long term project. But lately they have been scheduling me full time on several occasions and even several days in a row. Every time I felt bad turning them down so I just went through it naively expecting it was a one time thing so I feel it just gave them a signal that I’m available and that they’re just gonna keep doing it. If I say no I’m scared I’m gonna lose my job so WHAT DO I DO???

There’s not much advice anyone can give you. First try to talk to them but I doubt it’s gonna work for you. If it doesn’t work you need to choose what’s more important to you and stick with it I guess. Good luck tho.

If you don’t have it written anywhere he’s all in his rights so you really don’t have many options :/
