The cruelty
Today I started my shift and I immediately began to work on the task that I was assigned. After almost half an hour, my TL came by to send me to another department because they needed help. So I had to leave my task without being anywhere near completing it. Then I came back and started to work on my task again and after a few minutes, my TL also came back to send me to another department this time because an associate had to leave early there because his wife’s water broke down. Meaning they are welcoming a baby. Anyway, I went there, did the job, came back, and there he is again. My glorious Team Leader. This time he was angry with me because I didn’t finish my task on time. I had to check the date real quick because I thought it was april fools. The stupidity of this guy bothered me so much I had to come and share with you guys.
They are never satisfied are they
He wasn’t even satisfied with himself in this case because he was the one who caused me to not finish my task on time.
