I don’t know how I ended up in this situation, but my TL and I have each other's personal phone numbers. It’s not just me; a lot of people have their TL’s personal phone number, and their TL has theirs. He calls me anytime, anywhere because he just needs to ask me one thing, but that one thing never ends. He always makes something up to create a reason to call me. He is like this with everyone. He is just obsessed with his work and can’t stop talking about Walmart. As soon as I’m off the clock, I don’t want anything to do with Walmart. I don’t need to hear about your ideas for making Walmart better because I couldn’t care less.
Couldn’t agree more!
Why are you even answering his calls in the first place?
I’m scared of getting in trouble 😬
You shouldn’t. He can’t do sh^t. You are 100% right in this situation.
How did he get your personal phone number? Did you give him?
I didn’t give it to him and I have no idea how he just got my phone number. I wasn’t the first one to call him. He contacted me first.
