Should I be concerned about this?
There's a hardworking associate who never made excuses for anything I've asked of him. But lately, whenever there's heavy unloading, he always uses PTO and leaves early. He's crucial to my team, and I don’t want to lose him, but I feel like he's spending his last days at Walmart. He’s losing motivation day by day. What should I do about this situation?
What makes you think it's better to ask strangers online about this when you could just talk to him and ask what's wrong?
