I started in the maintenance department at Sam’s Club a year ago. As far as I remember the training was so bad I had to laugh out loud one time DURING the training. Is it still like that??
You’re on your own in this so-called ‘training’ because they don’t teach you sh^t. And they get mad if you are not ready when they tell you to do something.
Newbies only care about the dollar and not other people, the company, the customer, etc... Gen-Zs are on a completely different planned IMHO
