Not to be rude or anything but

Sometimes I look at my fellow walmart associates who are “working” in my store and I think to myself like WHO THE he^l is hiring these people? Who thought it would be a good idea to put these lazy a^s people in a job that requires you to be physically active as much as possible. It’s either that these people are really good actors and tricking management to hire them in a job where they run around all day doing nothing, or the management are just like them, meaning d^mb and lazy, they just hire whoever is applying. All I’m saying is they need to set higher standards because it’s really unfair to the rest of the walmart associates.

The worst part is they get the same hourly salary as you do

It's impossible to set higher standards when the store is filled with crybabies crying about the standards being too high.
