Hey guys, I’m looking for some help here. I'm a Team Lead at Walmart, and I'm dealing with a tough situation, lately my team's work ethic is declining. It's tough to keep things up and running when some team members are consistently late, and being careless. If you actually were in THEIR position, how would you like to be approached? How should I solve this problem? I don’t want to be rude or soft. I work with these people on a daily basis and I like them, to be honest with you. I don’t want them to get offended by the things I say.
If I were in their shoes, I'd want honesty and respect. Tell them how you actually feel. You’re not gonna do that just for you or Walmart, you’re actually going to be doing it for their own benefit too.
I second that.
