Loyalty starts with a paycheck.
I work with a guy says over and over again that loyalty starts with a paycheck and he is right. The associates have no pride in their work, because there is no incentive to perform better. Increase the hourly rate to at least cover inflation, and bring back the bonuses for ALL ASSOCIATES. We have people leaving our store because it's better pay at MacDonald's, Burger King, and Chick a Fillet.
