My biggest daily problem is the shift schedule. If you’re on good terms with the managers, you get the best shifts. If not, you’re stuck with late nights and weekends. For example, I noticed that those who chatted with the manager during breaks got less hours and better shifts. Meanwhile, others, like myself, ended up with hours that are not the best. Why do I have to face more difficulties and have worse hours than the guy that’s kissing your a^s? Like I don’t want to talk to you, I don’t want to be friends with you, I just want to come and work. Why do I have to be punished just for wanting to do that?
It’s not just Walmart, it’s just like an unwritten rule of business. Why do you think the term ‘a^s kissing’ exists? 😀
