Is it even possible to get hired at home office?

I've applied for so many jobs and I don't even get a response, not to mention an interview. What am I doing wrong?

That's odd.

Urgh, I know how disheartening it can be not to receive any feedback, and I'm really sorry that you are going through it right now. I don’t think you've done anything wrong. As far as I know, they are currently undergoing major restructuring, including layoffs. This could likely mean there was a hiring freeze that went into effect even before these layoffs.

Even though I know how frustrating that is I wouldn’t think too much of it. You’re definitely not doing anything wrong. I think the just post certain job positions but they don’t really hire anyone at that time or go through the interviewing process. By doing this they are creating a pool of candidates that they can call later on when a real need for filling in a certain position arises, due to restructuring, layoffs, or people leaving on their own. I wouldn't be surprised if they called you in a few months from now for an interview. In any case best of luck.

Just curious. What positions are you applying for?
