How much are you making at Walmart ten years in?
I'm curious if there's a point in trying to build a career at Walmart. I'm one of those strange folks who actually enjoy working retail, so I can see myself staying here for a long while. However, it would be nice to know that I'll be making decent progress in my career as well as pay before I commit myself to it fully.
Not everybody has the same career path so it’s tough to say. It also depends what your ambitions are and what kind of skills you possess. I’ve seen folks make good progress and I’ve seen people spend 10+ years in the same role. I can tell you one thing though. If you’re looking for the big bucks in any part of your career you better forget about it in retail, especially WM.
Not enough not to worry will my ends meet.
