There was this member yesterday who was on his phone for the entire time that I was scanning his items at the register. He kept looking at his phone all the time and when I told him the price he decided to stop and look dead in my eye to say I was wrong and I should scan the items once again. What's wrong with these people? They should put in the sams careers section that the job includes dealing with customers who are extremely irresponsible and delusional.
