All the negative posts I’m seeing about working at Walmart are really frustrating me. I bet that if all the people who sh^t on their jobs daily on forums decided to invest just two weeks in trying to improve at their jobs, they would feel completely differently. Have any of you ever taken steps to make your workplace better? Be the change you wanna see.

it's hard to be a change when your manuvering space is so limited the impact you can do is very limited. i feel i just need to clock in and out and do as little as possible. i know this is not the right approach but that's how i feel today
