Anonymous survey

Did anyone get in trouble for answering straight from the heart at anonymous surveys? I was honest, and I feel like I will. And why do they keep insisting that it’s anonymous?? I’m sure it’s not.

It would be really anonymous if we didn’t have to log in to the system every time to answer the survey.

I never did get in trouble or heard anyone getting in trouble because of it. I mean at the end of the day we didn’t request an anonymous survey. It was their idea. You make the bed, you lay in it! 🤷

Those "anonymous" surveys are garbage and are written in such a way that Walmart can easily spin them into something positive. I was once criticized for pointing out that 2/3rds of the employees are immigrants from countries with oppressive regimes, making the employee apprehensive about being critical, and many have at best limited command of the English language.
