A big thank you from the bottom of my heart guys
I'm an ogp associate at Walmart and I must tell you, whoever helped their ogp associates needs a big fat thank you. Starting with the associates at my store who helped us a lot, then everyone at the other stores who helped their ogp people. Love you guys. Thank you very very much. You guys are the best. These past few days were the days that your help was needed the most and boy, did you deliver.
This past week made me realize how great the people that I'm working with are. It's really a blessing to have a helping culture in the store where everybody has each other's back. So yeah, thank you to everyone who helped any of their associates during this very busy time.
I love these 'hard and busy' times bc it really shows you what your store is really like. Thankfully I'm in a store filled with good people who are trying to help each other, but my brother's store is basically a bloodbath. People are fighting on a daily basis, fighting each other, fighting with the customers, fighting with the managers, fighting with everybody! I'm just so glad I'm not in one of those types of environments because I would freak out. The stress of trying to match customer's demands is enough already. I don't want any additional stress from thinking about the words you said to me or what you might say behind my back.
Unfortunately most of the Walmart stores are like your brother's store.
If anyone is reading this, and they are actually thinking about filling out a Walmart application, don't believe these polyannas. When it's a stressful time, people will do stupid sh^t because they are stressed af and that's normal. That's what you do when you are stressed and no one should judge you for it. Everyone should know what you're dealing with and you should know what others are dealing with and you just need to move on without making a fuss. Just know that these types of stores where everyone is living happily and sh^t are extremely rare and it's best for you to not expect a store like this because you will be very disappointed.
