I’m done listening to anyone who never smiles at customers but complains about them being too damn rude.
What if the reason for them being horrible is the fact that some associate before you, who had the exact same opinion as you do, was rude to them?
It’s a never ending cycle. It takes intelligence and courage to break it.
There are certain opinions of people that will never change. And customers being rude is one of them, and vice versa ofc.
