YOU are part of the problem

I’ve seen people complaining about everything but themselves. No one wants to take responsibility for the state of their workplace. Everyone is complaining about how little their coworkers are working but they say nothing about THEIR work ethic. Have you ever thought maybe YOU are the problem? And YOU are the one that actually needs to change?

I know workers are not completely innocent in this but I think the biggest problem at Walmart is the management. System su^ks, people su^k, as a result you get a working environment where nobody wants to stay whether they work hard or not.
