Work?

So if we are hired to do a job why are there so many just being on there personal phones with there earphones in just standing around scrolling on Facebook. Or walking around on the clock. I work hard monitoring self check helping customers. When I have to go to the bathroom they call Me over the intercom and they don't call anyone else back up . The others stay in the bathroom 20 or 30 mins and nothing is done and no intercom is being used for them. I think this is wrong

I'm sorry that you've experienced the same situation that's been experienced by myself I believe they only know the ones that they know will do the job so when they don't see them they're immediately calling them on the intercom to come back up from taking a moment to go potty but you're correct absolutely correct there are ones that walk around for 20-30 minutes then they come back and say it's time for break and then they come back 45 minutes later and then they say it's time for lunch and come back 2 hours later after sitting in their cars some of them go crash in the family bathroom and what's really really strange about all this is there's a camera every 12 to 18 in that store and you can literally follow these people but when you make those complaints they have to start a file and they have to document document and document documenting they're disrespecting the ones that are actually showing up and doing the job
