Why ban a thing that doesn’t hurt anyone
They recently banned wearing headphones in my store and I’m really furious with that call from management. Like firstly only one earbud was allowed, not both, and it literally wasn’t hindering anyone's work at all. I’d understand that you can’t use headphones that require regular contact with people, like working on a register or something, but why can’t I restock shelves and enjoy some good music…
Management always seems to crack down on the harmless stuff.
Sounds so frustrating. If you’re just restocking shelves, I don’t see the harm in having one earbud in. It’s not like it’s affecting your work or anyone else.
That’s just overkill
It makes no sense to ban earbuds when you’re doing a solo task like restocking. It’s not like you’re ignoring customers. I’d be mad too
