When will he stop?
There’s this associate of mine who loves taking all the credit for the work I do. Anytime I’m zoning, he swoops in, helps with a few items, and then expects me to thank him for ‘everything he’s done.’ He keeps bragging to the other associates about how clean and perfect the zone looks because of him. One time in the break room, an associate who saw the whole thing actually called him out and said, ‘You didn’t do the zoning in that area, she did.’ I don’t know why I can’t stand up for myself and give this guy the biggest fu^k you, but I just can’t. I have no idea why he picked me to treat this way. Maybe it’s because I’m still a newbie to him.
You need to set your boundaries clear.
Maybe it’s his way of flirting?
He is older than me and he is ‘happily married’ according to him.
How do you know that?
He brags about every single detail about his life in the break room. He makes sure that you hear him bragging.
Damn like does he ever shut the fu^k up??
