What's a no no for a Walmart associate?
In your opinion, what is the number one thing that gets Walmart associates fired?
Lack of comunication. my son didnt know he had 4 ponts. He had 22 hours of ppto he could have used and still neen working
5 pts on your attendance and your out .!!!
I understand that. But if the supervisor had told him you have four be careful. If walmart policy is were family dont you think the family would try and protect there there family members.
My wife was going to have major surgery. When we found out when i was already scheduled to work. I turned in a vacation day. It was denied. I talked to my supervisor he said no. I then talked to store manager he said no. I told him if something went wrong i needed to be there. Thought we were family. Manager still said no. Thats why i had to quit. Iis this the way a company needs to treat there employees. When i first hired in i was toild Family comes first. That was not how i was treated.
