What is considered being a minor by Walmart?

I’ve been hearing that Walmart classifies you as a minor even after you turn 18? So I guess that makes you stop being a minor after you turn 21 or could this just be misinformation?

If you're 18 but still in high school, Walmart still classifies you as a minor. Once you graduate, you're considered an adult in terms of work hours and tasks you can do.

Nothing to do with someone not being 21, just with whether you graduated high school yet or not. Hope this clears everything up.
