Walmart’s way of celebrating
We recently struck a milestone - half a year without an accident, so we got some cartoon boxes and donuts, in numbers that we’re literally enough for only a third of our workforce. I'm all for a good morale boost, but this felt like a slap in the face. It's not about the stuff, it's about the thought (or lack thereof).
You’re paid for it and you’re making your colleagues happy, don’t be an a^^hole.
Damn mate, we have a donut day every month. That’s so unfair I swear.
