so i’ve been working here for around 5 months. A few things i have picked up on. The “Walmart Way” of treating employees is through control, fear, and manipulation. By pushing their associates to the absolute maximum in their allotted given time, with nothing being done to show thanks for associates hard work (except ramen in the break room yay !!!!!!) While i get production matters for the company, being understaffed pushing the very minimal workers you have to abysmal levels is just insane to me. Management and customers show you no respect whatsoever and view you honestly as trashy l^wlife sc^m. You a literally just a number, a cog in the wheel at walmart. If you died on the job they would hire someone the very next day. I realize other companies are cr^ppy too, having worked for some of them myself but I feel like if you contribute as an employee you should at least be allotted a mutual respect. Walmart does not praise their employees or treat them with the respect that they deserve dealing with the cr^p associates deal with on the daily, whereas a good company would provide and show you that you matter to them and benefit them as a company and they enjoying your working efforts. rant over
