Walmart is confusing

I think it’s a great job because I’m lucky enough to have amazing teammates and managers. However, the customer aspect can be confusing. One minute you’re just walking around, making sure everything is normal, and the next, you’re dealing with five different customers in five minutes, each asking the most absurd questions. They always seem to come one after another, which is interesting but also confusing.

It’s like an unwritten rule at Walmart: once you answer one of those silly questions, more follow right away. I don’t know if it’s something you attract with your energy or what, but that’s just how it goes.

Managers will be on your a^s if you don’t answer those ‘stupid’ questions.

It comes to the point where you need to decide if you want to take sh^t from customers or managers I guess.

Exactly and unfortunately you can get terrible feedback from both parties no matter what.
