Walmart is a pool of toxicity that just keeps expanding

The way Walmart treats its suppliers is something I've recently started finding really troubling because they have this mentality that suppliers are easily replaceable and they are constantly pressured to lower their prices. And if they can't meet Walmart's demands they just get replaced. The market is so abundant that Walmart has the upper hand and uses it without any hesitation. This is creating a super toxic environment where suppliers are having to meet unreasonable demands just to keep their products on Walmart’s shelves. Also it's not just the suppliers who have the constant pressure because the management at Walmart acts like they're above everyone else. They have this attitude that the associates are easily replaceable if they don't follow their rules. There's a lack of respect and appreciation for the hard work we put in and it constantly feels like our voices aren't heard. I've already seen dozens of good associates leave because they couldn't stand the toxic environment anymore and it’s demoralizing to see your colleagues treated poorly, knowing that the same could happen to you if you step out of line.

It’s tough to stay motivated when you know that management has 10 other people just waiting to jump in and work instead of you.

I feel bad for the honorable people working and saving up for years to start their companies, investing thousands of dollars and getting fu^^^d over by Walmart because of stupid things.
