I don’t know what it is about the Walmart application process but it certainly feels like they’re trying to see if you’ll give up before you even get the job. The online system is slow, the assessment is way longer than it needs to be, and it feels like they’re asking for your life story just to consider you for an entry-level role. What’s even worse is you go through all that effort and half the time you don’t even hear back. It makes you wonder if they actually look at the applications or just toss them aside. For a company that’s always hiring you’d think they’d make the process a little easier. It’s honestly a relief when you finally get past that hassle and actually get an interview, but man, the whole thing leaves a sour taste before you’ve even set foot in the store.
Honestly, this seems to be a problem with a lot of big companies. They make the process a lot harder than it needs to be..
It’s like they want you to jump through hoops just to be ignored. Frustrating doesn’t even cover it

First time I applied I never even got a response. Made me wonder if its even worth the effort.
