Unpopular opinion

I think cashiers should get paid the most among the walmart associates (management not included). Because when you think about it, we are the ones who get pushed the most by both the managers and the customers. If you're zoning or stocking and you need help, better call a cashier! Also, we are directly responsible for customer satisfaction. We are the key point whether a customer will return to the store for another time or not. So the rest of the walmart store associates depend on us a lot. With all due respect, I don't see the reason why we should get paid the same as the rest of you guys.
