Time to move on

After a solid few decades in the Walmart trenches, I've decided to make a break for it. I dropped my two weeks' notice last week, and now I'm gearing up for a whole new adventure elsewhere. To all my Walmart coworkers, best of luck to you!

I left Walmart three years ago, I was working odd PT and pursuing my education at community college. This June I'll be graduating with a degree in accounting..lots of work and sacrifice went into this... I could not work full-time while in school and this caused financial setbacks, made me depressed, etc... but school is already paying off. I've accepted an offer to start as a payroll clerk, which will double my previous earnings! Grateful for this new beginning and ready to start working in the field! 📈🎉 #NewBeginnings #AccountingLife #Graduation #exassociate
