This conversation is over

Is there a more infuriating thing than when your TL decides unanimously that a discussion you were having over an important issue is over and just walks away? This happened to me more than once, and each time I was trying to find a solution for something important. He either didn't like how I was approaching it or he didn't think there was a problem at all (THERE ALWAYS WAS!!!) so every time he hit me with a "this conversation is over" and walked away. What the he^l am I supposed to do with that? I need a new TL.

He quit Walmart spiritually. In few days you'll probably hear that he's either fired, or just left. This is clearly not normal.

I had one tl similar to this one. He worked at Walmart for 2 years and he was the same the entire time. Some people are built like this. They are born to be disrespectful. I know it's not normal but it's just what it is.

Did it ever occur to you that he or she doesn’t like you?

They’re trained to operate like that. If they’re right, then the conversation can go on for as long as it is needed. If they’re wrong they cut the discussion short.
