They do this on purpose
I work at Sam's and in my 2 years as a Sam's Club associate I have never come across a TL that is qualified for the fu^^ing job. I think they do this just to fu^k with the associates. Because I don't have any idea why would a company that's worth billions of dollars hire stupid people like these. I mean it's either become a billion dollar company accidentally or just like I said, they just do this because they want to fu^k with the associates and make their lives even worse by making them deal with these fu^^ing idiots.
