There is no AC for overnight workers!?
The summer season is on its way and every night I’m sweating my a^s off because they decided not to turn on any ventilation overnight?!! We’re working twice as hard as the other workers, risking our health, ruining our sleep schedule and for them to give us worse conditions than others get.
That sounds awful. I work day shifts and never realized they didn’t run the A/C at night. You guys deserve better conditions. Maybe if enough people speak up, they’ll change it. Good luck!

Our store does the same thing, and it’s miserable. We’ve tried complaining, but they don’t seem to care. It’s all about the profit, not our wellbeing.
