Today I had an interview at Walmart and the interviewer was SOO shocked because I told him that I was available to do full-time whatever shift they give me, as long as it’s a consistent schedule. This made me really think about how different things are today because it seems like young people just starting to work have a long list of demands and expectations before they even start a job. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work hard have always used to be the minimum, but now they feel like a gem to find in a person. They all seem to be more focused on having the perfect schedule and avoiding any inconvenience right from the start. It's no wonder that employers are surprised when someone comes to them without a list of demands.
Yeah yeah I know all that, he told me already as long with another few friends that work there, but thank you for your kindness

As far as I know the only shifts that are consistent at walmart are the third shifts. Just a heads up because you said you told them the condition for you to work is that the schedules are constant.
