The door is right there

I don't like working here but right now, I'm stuck. I don't understand those who have other options but remain and choose to complain all the time. I guess some people prefer to be miserable than doing something to improve their situation.

Who are you to judge others?

There is always a choice. No matter what problems you have there is nothing preventing you from looking for other opportunities, updating your CV and applying.

The door, indeed, is right there. Please enlighten us why you think you’re stuck and that other people have choices. Have a mortgage? Have a family to feed? Have Medical bills? Guess what, all the other employees are facing more or less the same problems. You have your own free time which you can spend looking for another job. Believe it or not it’s not that hard to find a job in retail.
