The cutest granny
I did a delivery to this house yesterday and an old lady came out with a slice of cake for me. She told me she appreciates the work that I do and she also said that people like her need people like me. It was one of the best interactions with a customer so far in my career (if not the best). I just wish the number of beautiful people like her grow and grow because we need them more than they need us.

These are the type of people that make me love being in the retail business. Even though they are extremely rare, when you come across them you won't forget them for years and that's a blessing.
I wish we had more of these people in our society. Not just as a customer, but as an associate or a manager too. We all need them don't we?
