Spoiled people
They are the worst kind to deal with. It doesn't matter if they are a customer or an associate or a TL, they are just the worst. They know exactly how to make your life a living hell, and they get happy because of it.
Some parents need to do better. If they don't, we would be the ones to pay the price for it by living with their spoiled and stupid kids in real life.
Most of them need to do better actually.
