Why do people get mad when we ask for referrals when we’re looking for new people??? I’m not hiring a superstar football player. I don’t know you and I don’t have to know you. Why is it so hard to understand that?
And they SWEAR it’s unfair too. Like they wouldn’t do the same if they were in the hiring position.
instead of adapting to the rules, people love to wish that everything would change. why is it too hard to follow rules
