Sorry but can’t handle the responsibility

I was a front end team lead at Walmart for the past month, after working as an associate for three years. Anyway, it got to a point where I couldn’t handle my team and their stupid problems, so I decided to go back to being an associate. Now, I have this conflict in my head. I don’t want to work with these idiots anymore, so I’m thinking of transferring to another store. But it’s an hour away from my home, while this one is only 20 minutes. Do you guys think I should request a transfer or just shut up and stay?

Why would you drive an hour just to avoid dealing with some 'idiots'? You'll probably find more idiots at the store you're driving to every day for an hour. So it definitely doesn’t make any sense to request a transfer.

Have you tried to look for any apartments around the other store you’re talking about?

I wouldn’t request a transfer until I found a good apartment near that store.
