Some positivity
We meet so many horrible customers every day that it would be nice to hear about some of the positive experiences you've had. My favorite recent interaction was with an elderly lady who tried to give me a five dollar tip after I helped her with her groceries to treat my "sweetie to an ice cream." I'm a 33-year-old guy who's been married for eight years but I did bring some ice cream home for my wife that day and she was delighted (no I didn't take the tip, don't worry, I was just inspired by her).

A nice and positive story. I’m not going to speak about my good experiences but I can tell you this: Statistically speaking there are a lot more horrible customers within a day at work, but one nice talk and one nice gesture like you received erases all of the negative experiences that we face. That’s how it works for me.
