Silence please
I’m an overnight stocker at Walmart, and I chose this department because I didn’t want to deal with people in general. I don’t want to hear you chat about your stupid problems at home, I don’t want to listen to you whining about your kid's grades, none of that. I thought I would avoid this kind of bs when I started working as an overnight stocker, but I couldn’t. The people I work with just love to gossip and talk about stupid things all night long. It’s a nightmare. They are unnecessarily loud too. It’s like a not sleeping challenge they are having. It’s not what I signed up for, and I’m considering quitting.
Quit immediately. It’s just gonna get worse and you’ll have less and less patience for these people.
I hate when people just can't shut up and work.
And unfortunately most people at walmart can't do that
Have you tried talking to your TL about it?
I did, he said there is nothing he can do about it.
