Rules only apply to some of us
I'm tired of having to adjust my schedule all the time because the management's favorites can't decide when they want to come in. Also, some folks have been leaving early so often that they should have easily accumulated five points within a month, and yet they're still here. I was late once and I was immediately slapped with half a point. I hate how obvious favoritism is here and how nobody does anything about it.
Frustrating, you bet. However don’t expect that there is a way to fight that and don’t expect things to change until they change your management or something like that.
Would you be asking this question if you were one of the favorites? Would you be leaving early, coming in late or whatnot? Just asking.

Same here. Only the select few are getting the best shifts . Really frustrating.
